1. Scope of Services

Fabvue Ltd ("we", "us", "our") provides professional IT consultancy, Linux system administration, cloud deployment, and web/mobile development services as described on our website. Each service order covers the defined deliverables listed on the respective package page.

2. Client Responsibilities & Backups

Where remote server administration or code modifications are requested, the Client agrees to provide necessary credentials securely and ensure a recent backup exists prior to maintenance, unless backup creation is explicitly ordered as part of the service.

3. Payment & Billing

All fixed-price service packages are billed upfront via Stripe encrypted checkout. Invoices are generated automatically upon payment confirmation.

4. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All server credentials, source code, and business records shared with Fabvue Ltd are treated as strictly confidential in accordance with UK GDPR regulations and purged immediately following engagement sign-off.

5. Governing Law
