1. 100% Refund Before Engineering Commences

If you wish to cancel a service order before our engineering team has started work on your server or project, you are eligible for a full 100% refund to your original payment method.

2. Non-Resolution Guarantee

For server troubleshooting and bug-fix packages, if our engineers determine that the issue cannot be resolved within the agreed scope, we will issue a full 100% refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, email [email protected] with your Order Reference. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 24–48 hours.
